Using Team Viewer, a specially designed program, our consultants can remotely access your computer through the Internet. They can operate on your device as if they were physically present on your premise. Your assigned consultant’s actions are visible on your computer screen, since both devices display exactly the same visuals. The consultant has access to your folders, they may install applications, copy files etc. These operations can be performed only with your knowledge and consent. Before connecting to the device we always contact the customer to agree on the ID number.
